About Shipping
We hold massive stocks and the majority of items listed are
in-stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily sold out, our
policy is to advise you of the expected delivery date. If the
delivery time is not acceptable to you we will offer a full
refund.
Postage and Packing Per Order
£6.00 within mainland UK (£10 Supplement for
UK Offshore)
£35.00 anywhere in the EU within approx. 2 Working Days
£25.00 anywhere in the EU - except Greece – within
approx. 7 Working Days
£45.00 for the Rest of the World
Free if collected within 5 Working Days from our facility at Biggin
Hill.
Same Day Despatch - We aim to despatch all in-stock items on
the same day of order, by 2-3 day TRKD (post), registered first
class post or next day courier within the UK and by airmail,
Nightspeed
or UPS overseas, but please allow 10 days before chasing or
querying
any item which has not arrived.
PLEASE
NOTE: Due
to the hazardous nature of some items an additional carriage
cost may be applied. This would cover flares, pressurised
items (including flotation
devices
because of their gas bottles), some
batteries (containing
Lithium) and
some chemicals. For overseas customers this will mean an
extra charge (only on shipments of those items) of £53
(inc VAT), in the mainland UK this supplement will only
be £24.
About Ordering
To order an item specify the quantity required and select any
options (if available) and click on the grey button on the
appropriate
detail page. The item you require will then be placed in a virtual
shopping basket. You may continue to browse the site or check
out and purchase your selected item(s) immediately. To complete
your purchase go to the Checkout (there are numerous links
to
get you there from most pages) and follow the onscreen instructions.
Our site is fully secure using Natwest/RBS Streamline system
to process your payment. The security for the payment process
is handled by streamline and uses the latest secure server
technology. If you are not happy to order items across
the Internet for any
reason
at
all
please call our "Human" sales department, they will
be happy to assist you.
About Returns
All sales are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions - available on request. No goods will be accepted for return without our prior, written permission. Any errors should be reported within five days after receipt of goods. Report any loss or damage promptly to both the transportation company and to us. Title to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full.
